09.09.1998 - Hon'ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Srinagar while delivering the judgement in COA(W) NO : 39/97, the High Court of J & K at Srinagar has passed the order on 09-09-1998 stating therein there is no need to seek permission from competent authority of the State after taking permission / affiliation from NEHM of India, New Delhi.

18.11.98 - Hon'ble Delhi High Court while delivering the judgement in FAO No. 205/92 Delhi Govt. & Union of India vs NEHM of India on 18.11.98, the Delhi High Court has ordered that NEHM of India may issue diploma/certificates and holders of such diploma/certificates are entitled to practice in Electropathy systems of medicines on the strength thereof.

24.11.2000 - Hon'ble Supreme Court of India at New Delhi has dismissed the S.L.P filed by the Union of India and Delhi Govt. Challenging the order of Hon'ble Delhi High Court dt. 18.11.98. The hon'ble court has confirmed/maintained the status of the high court order.

25-03-2014 - High Court of Calcutta while delivering the judgement in W.P.9438(W)/2014, Calcutta High Court has confirmed that central govt. Policy order dt.05.05.2010 is applicable only to NEHM of India

22-01-2015 - Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has Corroborated/accepted the contents of Central Govt. order / policy decision dt. 05-05-2010 and through SLPs No.23572/2009 and 29919/2011 passes order on 22-01-2015 that in view of the Counter Affidavit filed by the Union of India, to the effect that there is no ban on the medical practice of ElectroHomeopathy.

28-11-2016 - Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras while delivering the judgement in W.P.No.38388 /2016, Madras High Court has ordered that Every state in India can rightffully  practice  Electropathy(BEMS) without hinderances. No need to take permission from JD of Health Dept.

20-11-2020 - High Court of Judicature at Madras – Madurai Bench while delivering the judgement in W.P(MD).No.16392/2020, Madras High Court – Madurai Bench has ordered that not to harass the petitioner (NEHM) without any legally sustainable complaint and consequently forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioner’s right to practice Electropathy service as mode of therapy.

16-08-2022 - High Court of Judicature at Madras while delivering the judgement in W.P.No.4508/2021, Madras High Court has ordered that permitting the petitioner (NEHM) to practice in his field alone (Electropathy)

05-10-2023 - High Court of Judicature at Madras while delivering the judgement in Crl.O.P.No.22617/2023, The police will not interfere unless there is a material to show that the petitioner is practising Alopathy under the guide of Electropathy.
